It is hard to believe that the Spring 2025 semester is almost over. Congratulations to all our 2025 graduates, and best of luck to all our students on their final exams.

Important Information and Updates
|

|
The One Stop Office, along with most offices at the University, will follow a summer schedule on Fridays starting May 23 through August 15. Our office hours during this time will be Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Enjoy your summer break!

Final billing statements for spring were sent out last month. If you have an outstanding balance for the spring semester, please be sure your balance is paid in full by May 13, 2025 to coincide with the end of the spring term. You can check the status of your student account in .
Summer bills are now available in ePay and due on May 14, 2025. If you are planning to register for summer courses after the May 14 billing due date, payment will be due upon registration.
Information regarding Fall 2025 billing will be available in mid-June.

Students who have finalized their financial aid file for the 2025-26 academic year will be sent an award notification email to their university email address at the beginning of June.

May Graduates: Please check your university email for important information on how to receive your diploma once it becomes available. Â We anticipate diplomas will be available in mid-to-late June.
ąóľ±˛Ô˛ą±ôĚýgrades for Spring 2025 should be available in SSB (Self-Service Banner) via the myÂé¶ą´«Ă˝ portal on or around May 25, 2025.
Official transcripts that include spring 2025 final grades will not be available until end of term processing is completed. You may request a transcript at any time, but please be sure to indicate “Hold for Grades” and/or “Hold for Degree” to be sure the transcript is not released before changes to your record have been completed. You can order an official transcript from this webpage.

Searching for outside scholarships is a great way to help fund your education beyond the support you may receive from the university.Ěý Check out our tips below to help with your scholarship search process. Â Â

- Read the criteria carefully to ensure you qualify.
- Choose 5-10 scholarships that fit your profile.

- Request letters 2 weeks before the deadline.
- Choose recommenders who know you well.

- Double check your application.
- Ensure all required materials are included.

The University has teamed up with a non-profit organization, ECMC Solutions, to provide FREE loan counseling services to help students manage their federal student loans.
